Heaven, by definition, is a state of bliss. If you choose to believe heaven exists and you choose to believe that all organisms are able to enter heaven, then a dog that has accepted (canine-)Jesus will enter a state of bliss when it dies. If this dog finds bliss in receiving tummy rubs, then it shall receive them until the end of time. I really like these types of questions, if anyone who reads this could think up (not google "philosophical questions" and paste them into a blog) more of them, I would love to answer them and challenge anyone to refute me.
I agree with Megan- Vince is always so technical. Then again, what was it he said in his slavery presentation- "It touched their hearts, I suppose." Good times, good times. :)
Anywho, I think if it be what the dog desires, then yes, it will receive tummy rubs in heaven to it heart's content.
